Nader Sharif-Emami

Nader Sharif-Emami is an Associate on the Investments team at ATW Partners and is responsible for conducting due diligence, supporting transaction execution, and providing strategic and financial analysis for portfolio companies. Previously, Nader was an Associate at Corporate Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on control and non-control investments across consumer, energy, business services and industrials. He began his career in investment banking at a boutique advisory firm in Santiago, Chile, working on cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions across Latin America. Nader holds a dual MBA and MA in International Studies from The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University
