Jack Liu, CFA

Jack Liu is a Partner and a founding team member at ATW Partners. He focuses on structured investments in both private and public companies. Prior to joining ATW Partners, Mr. Liu was Managing Director at Chardan Capital Markets, where he managed SPAC IPO’s and M&A transactions and he is a registered representative of Chardan. Previously Mr. Liu worked as a Senior Research Associate at Citigroup, covering aerospace & defense sector. Mr. Liu earned his MBA at Duke University and an MSc and BSc in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. Mr. Liu is a CFA charter holder.
